Terms & Conditions
1. Rental Period:
Local Pick Up/ Drop Off
- The rental period begins on the date specified on your hire agreement (the day before your event) and ends no longer than 3 days later unless otherwise arranged.
- Late returns will incur an additional fee of $10 per day.
Australia Wide Shipping
- The rental period begins on the date specified on your hire agreement and ends no longer than 4 days later.
- All items will be shipped via Australia Post - express shipping and will be dispatched in time to allow them to arrive the day before your event (unless otherwise arranged).
- Dispatch timeframes will vary due to the customers location and a tracking number will be provided.
- Daisy Bump Maternity Hire will not be held accountable for any lost, damaged or late deliveries by Australia post. We will also not be held accountable if the customer was to not be happy with the fit or style of the dress on once received.
- A postage fee will be charged on top of all dress hires. This fee will include 1 x return express satchel to ensure a quick return. Shipping prices will vary depending on the customers location and size of the items requiring postage however will always be confirmed with you prior to finalising the booking.
- All items that require postage must be returned via Express Post using the satchel provided no later than 5pm the next business day after your event. To avoid late fees, a postage lodgement receipt is recommended.
- Late returns will incur an additional fee of $10 per day.
2. Booking and Payment:
- Full payment is required at the time of dress collection.Proof of payment must be presented before collecting any items.
- If you are wanting to secure a dress in advance, a 50% deposit will be required at that time to ensure the dress is yours for your allocated date. We will contact you a week out to ensure you are still wanting to proceed with your booking. At this time you will have to option to cancel your booking and get a full refund of your 50% deposit. If you choose to proceed, and then decide to cancel within the 7 days there will be no refund of the 50% deposit paid at the time of securing your dress.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the hire date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the hire date will result in losing the 50% Deposit paid at the time of securing your dress.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the hire start date.
4. Dress Care and Return
- Dresses must be returned in the condition they were received.
- Hirers are responsible for any damage or excessive soiling and will be charged a repair/cleaning fee accordingly.
- Dresses should be returned in the provided packaging to ensure protection during transit.
5. Fitting and Alterations
- No permanent alterations should be made to the dresses.
- Minor, temporary adjustments (such as pinning) are permitted but must be removed before return.
6. Liability
- Daisy Bump Maternity Hire is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur while wearing the dresses.
- Hirers are responsible for ensuring dress fit and comfort during their hire period.
7. Amendments
- Daisy Bump Maternity Hire reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or our website.
